Making headlines today is Dawnmarie Souza, an emergency medical technician at American Medical Response of Connecticut Inc.Souza is so pissed with her job and her supervisor, to find comfort, she posted a negative remarks about her supervisor. "I can't stand my boss" is one of her comment that caused her to lost her job.
Souza was fired on her job and now filing a legal complaints about it. National Labor Relations Board is stating that "her boss was wrong to fire her and that her comments were protected speech".
Legal representative of the company explain that Souza was fired because of "rude and discourteous service" and not her comment on Facebook.
This is the first time that federal authorities handled this kind of case. Hearing on the case is set on January 25,2011.
