Since 1993 gays in the military have to keep their lives and their sexual orientation in private and now that 'don't ask don't tell policy" had been repealed they can now serve their country beyond who they are.
The 65-31 senate votes junk the law passed by the Clinton administration but the repealed law is still in a test to what or how to implement the historic change in the US military. Sen. John McCain a vocal activist against gays and lesbian in the military said that it is a "sad day" and it will cause a damage to the military.
The news must send out to the military troops in the field immediately.
The fight is not about sexuality it is about equality and love to serve their country.
