Due to "insufficiency of evidence" Pasig City RTC dismissed the case filed against Hayden Kho Jr. Kho is accused of R.A. 9262 or anti-violence against women and their children act of 2004. Judge Rodolfo R. Bonifacio is the presiding judge of the case filed by actress Katrina Hallili.
Katrina filed the case last year after her private and intimate moment with Hayden spread out all over the internet. Hayden is Dr.Vicky Belo's boyfriend at that time and Katrina is one of Belo's endorser. Hayden's license is dismissed by Professional Regulations Commission by Katrina's request. Senator Bong Revilla Jr. lead the senate hearing and called Hayden "prervert of the highest kind" on one of his speech in the senate. Kho post a P20,000 bond last January 2010.
