Cong. Manny Pacquiao is given a chance to interpolate Cong. Edcel Lagman.
Rep. Edcel Lagman is a congressman from Albay and co author of Reproductive Health Bill in the House of Representatives. Cong. Lagman had been debating since he wrote the bill and will have to debate to 38 more congressman.
Today, Cong Manny Pacquiao is given a chance to asked and clear some issue about the Reproductive Health Bill. The congressman from Sarangani is an anti RH Bill, he strongly belief that corruption is the main source of poverty and RH bill is against his religious belief.
He pointed out that, instead of pursuing the RH Bill, the government should strengthen our law to stop corruption. The question about the "2 child policy" is also raise, the budget that will be allocated if the bill becomes a law, and his personal stand that it is against the law of GOD.
Cong. Lagman politely answer all of Cong. Pacquiao's inquiries, even if those questions had been asked by the previous congressmen who are also against the RH Bill.
