Junrey Balawing who just turn 18 years old today, was declared the shortest man alive by Guinness World Record.
Adjudicators of Guinness World Record and visit Junrey in Zamboanga, they measure him and confirmed that he is just 23.6 inches or 59.93 cm. Khagendra Thapa Magar.of Nepal was the former holder of the record, he stands 26.9 inches.
Junrey is the eldest of four siblings, there is a possibility that he is also the shortest living man in history. Government officials,people of Dipolog, and Balawing's neighbors, will not just celebrate his 18th birthday but also the record that he just claim.
