Cong. Manny Pacquiao bought a new property, a house and lot in Forbes Park Makati City.
It is a 1,500 square meter lot and a house worth 200 million peso. It was previously owned by Roque Tordesillas, a Senior Vice President of insurance brokerage firm.The house is under renovation, Anton Mendoza is handling all the changes in the house.
Pacquiao's reported network as of 2010 is 1.5 billion peso, this is base on his Statement of Assets,Liabilities and Network or SALN. Cong. Pacquiao is the first billionaire in congress.
When Pacquiao was asked about the said acquisition, his answer was "No comment, my boss Jinkee might get mad at me if I comment."
Back in 2009, he bought a 5 bedroom house in Los Angeles, California and it is worth 2 million dollars. The mansion in Forbes Park is much expensive than his house in L.A. The house in L.A was featured in MTV Cribs.
Pacquioa's new neighbors are Sen. Loren Legarda, GMA 7 Chairman and CEO Felipe Gozon and Tonyboy Cojuangco.
