Ultimate All Star Weekend is presented by Smart and MVP Sports Foundation, they will bring NBA superstars and will make them play against Filipino players.The latest addition to the NBA team is Derrick Rose, MVP Sports Foundation president Al Panlilio confirmed that the Chicago Bulls frontman will play on July 23 and 24. Other confirmed NBA superstars that will play are Kobe Bryant, Chris Paul, Tyreke Evans, Derek Fisher, DeAndre Jordan, and Derrick Williams.
On the other hand, slam dunk king, Blake Griffin first commit to come but later on turn down the invitation because he will attend his brother's wedding. Kevin Durant also backed out due to important commitments.
NBA stars will face PBA stars on July 23 at 7 p.m. and on July 24 they will go against Smart Gilas at 1.p.m. The live event will happen at the Araneta Coliseum.
