Pambansang Kamao and Sarangani Congressman, Manny Pacquiao is filing a counter charges against Bureau of Internal Revenue.
B.I.R. files a case against Pacquiao for failing to submit document tax records, lists of his endorsements her in the Philippines and, including the contract that he signed for the Clottey and Margarito fight.

Atty Lozares clarify that, they are not harassing the Congressman, they just wanted him to cooperate and submit all the documents that they are asking from him
