No more medical practices for Hayden Kho Court of Appeals ordered yesterday.
Professional Regulation Commission and Court of Appeals found Hayden guilty of immorality, dishonorable and unethical conduct.
Kho back in 2009, got involved in a sex video scandal with actress, Katrina Halili. She decided to filed a immorality case against Hayden after the video came public.
“(A) relation between the complained act constituting immorality or dishonorable conduct to the practice of medicine need not exist. It may pertain to life in general as there can be no dichotomy to separate a physician’s existence into his professional and personal being,”
Associate Justice Edwin Sorongon signed the final decision. “The practice of medicine is not a natural right but a privilege bestowed by the State on those who show that they possess, and continue to possess, the qualifications required by the conferment of such privilege,”
It is the final ruling of Court of Appeals after Kho's camp, filed a petition.
