A Las Vegas security officer filed a complain against Mayweather Jr,. after the unbeaten boxer poked him in the face and threatened him over a parking violation.The officer also added that Floyd is having a dispute with homeowners regarding parking violation.
Officer Marcus Martin went to Mayweather's home to get his side as part of the investigation, but Floyd refused to come out and talk to them.The case is now in Clark County district attorney for possible prosecution.
Last September Mayweather's ex girlfriend filed a case against him for domestic battery and threatening their son. The arraignment of the case will be on January 24, 2011.
