Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines is asking Manny Pacquiao to be a "bible ambassador".
Bishop Pablo Virgilio David said that, they already approached the pound for pound king to be a "bible ambassador", and his task is to encourage people to read the bible.
He can use his popularity and strong faith to influence the people, specialty the Filipinos, to read and obey the word of God.
Bishop David also added that, Pacquiao can follow what the Broncos quarterback, Tim Tebow, is doing. Tebow was born in the Philippines, he is a devoted Christian and promoting the word of God.
Manny Pacquiao is very vocal about his strong faith with God. He objected the RH bill, he used a verse in the bible that is why he is not in favor with the bill.
As of today, Pacquiao is not responding to the offer of CBCP.
