Court of Appeals junked ABS CBN's TRO against the show Willing Willie of TV5. Last Oct. 23 Willie Revillame launched his new game show despite of his feud against the giant network, right before the official airing of Willing Willie Kapamilya network filed a petition to stop the pilot episode.
ABS CBN insist that Revillame violated his contract due on September 2011, the network is asking a 486 million for damages. Willie also filed a petition against ABS CBN and the petition is also denied by the court.
Judge Luisito Cortez of Regional Trial Court Branch 84 gave both parties 5 days to file their counter affidavit.
With this order Willing Willie will continue its airing as they are now in the top spot against 2 giant networks. The show forces ABS CBN to reformat TV Patrol by bring back their top news anchor Kabayan and former Vice Pres. Noli De Castro and top female news anchor Korina Sanchez Roxas.
