Supreme Court acquits Hubert Webb, Peter Estrada, Hospicio Fernandez, Michael Gatchalian, Antonio Lejano II,and Miguel Rodriguez from the killing Estrelita, Carmela and Jennifer Vizconde.
Mr. Lauro Vizconde husband of Estrellita, is having a vigil in his house, broke down and cry after receiving the news that the Supreme Court junked the case against Hubert Webb and the 6 other suspects.
Vizconde massacre happened 19 years ago, on January 2000 the suspects is sentenced to life imprisonment.
Lauro Vizconde and his lawyers presented witnesses, Jessica Alfaro who testified and said that she was with Hubert and the 6 other accused when they did the massacre, Webb's housemaids, and Gerardo Biong's live in Partner.
Webb's family have been presenting evidence that Hubert was in the U.S. when the massacre happened. The defense presented videos and documents to proved that he is not in the country on June 3, 1991.
April 2010 Supreme Court approved a DNA testing on the semen obtained but National Bureau of Investigation no longer had the specimen.
The votes was 7-4-4, with lack of evidence and inconsistencies of the witnesses.
