In Miami, a naked guy acting like a zombie was killed.
A witnessed said that, he saw the guy biting and chewing the neck and the face of another guy. He called the police and when they stop him, he ignored them and acted strange. They don't have a choice but to shoot him as he continue ripping the poor guy's face.
The guy was identified as Rudy Eugene. In a medical examination, the 31 year old guy, is under the influence of drugs and even had an overdose.
